Tomm, and everyone else at Crown Hyundai, were awesome!!! Within two days, I took both of our Sonatas in for servicing. The first one was an oil change and other work. We needed assistance purchasing our car and we went to our own credit union for the loan. Amy Simpson the first person and the only person who was very helpful and efficent in helping us. This was after multiple calls and voicemails to the finance dept for this same assistance and they did not return our phone calls nor the calls of our loan officer at the credit union. This part was very disappointing because we like our car and wanted to purchase it and we felt this was a compliment to Hyundai that the was worth purchasing.
