Crown Hyundai

My car wouldn't start when I tried to leave work on Tuesday. I had it towed to Crown Hyundai and met with Jarett when I arrived. I informed him that I was probably going to have to call out of the se Tuesday. I had it towed to Crown Hyundai and met with Jarett when I arrived. I informed him that I was probably going to have to call out of the second part of my shift that night. He asked me to wait to see if he could get the car in for me quick. They took my car in to service almost immediately. It ended up being a lever that needed to be replaced in the starter. They fixed it in less than an hour and a half and I was able to make it back to work ON TIME... Jarett is an awesome service advisor and all the guys in service are great as well! I really do appreciate the quickness with which they took care of my car and the friendliness with which they did it. We weren't looking to buy when we came into the dealership but Amy Simpson was great and had the patience to show us everything about the Hyundai Elantra. First of all I have to explain the importance of my Hyundai Tiburon. (My Tibby) She was my first anniversary gift from my husband in 2004. Somehow he went to Crown Hyundai and found the perfect car for Hyundai Tiburon. (My Tibby) She was my first anniversary gift from my husband in 2004. Somehow he went to Crown Hyundai and found the perfect car for me. Great price, even better warranty and still cool for a Mom with three teenagers. While my husband has traded his car in for a new one three times as the years went by, I have been very happy with my Tibby. She has marked all the impotant moments in our life. Drivers-ed, Proms, Graduations, Weddings, and now Grandchildren. My Hyundai has always taken me from point A to point B, never needing anything but normal service. So reliable in fact, that I was shocked when, one day, there was a puddle of oil in my driveway and she was limping badly. I had to tow her in to Crown Hyunai for service. I arrived befor my car and was immediately put at ease by the welcoming smile of Jarrett Ziemak. He was kind and caring and understood how much I love my Tibby. He assured me everything would be fine and he would call me in a bit with more info. I felt much better knowing my car was in his capable hands and went home. In a very short time Jarett called me with bad news. My car needed a new transmission. To say I was heart broken was an understatment. Kind of like hearing your best friend needs a new kidney. My warranty only had months remaining......I was worried to say the least. But Jarett eased my worries and said "Its covered under your warrenty dont worry" WOW!!! I was prepared for a struggle and there was literally none. Jerett only had one problem. "I just cant find a new transmission for a Hyundai Tiburon as old as yours. We have to get one from the factory in Korea." Double WOW, I was floored. I just could not believe the lengths Jarett was willing to go to fulfill my warranty. So while we waited for a new transmission to come half way around the world, he called and gave me updates. He didnt just push me off to the side. He let me know when it left the factory, when it was traveling the ocean, and the minute it arrived. The very next morning Jarett called and said "Your Tiburon is ready to go home." just as promised. I could barely contain my happiness when I went to see Jarett and pick up my Tibby. She was sparkly clean and running like a top. I just signed a few papers and took her home. The comforting and beautiful silhouette of my Hyundai Tiburon graces my driveway once again. What a wonderful experience. All thanks to my hero Jarett Ziemak and all the good people at Crown Hyundai. Thank you so much Jarett for your kindness, for going above and beyond my expectations, and for understanding how much my old Hyundai Tiburon (my Tibby) means to me. More
