I have worked with Cliff Stoufer, my service advisor, for the past 10 years and two Hyundai's. Cliff works hard to make sure the repairs are done correctly and immediately addresses any issues that aris for the past 10 years and two Hyundai's. If I want to make sure that my car's service needs are properly diagnosed and fixed, I go to Cliff. Crown's prices tend to run a little higher than independent garages or repair chain shops, but I know that I do not have to wonder if I'm getting unnecessary repairs performed. Also, I never hear anybody grumbling and grousing about ripoffs while waiting in the customer lounge, which, by the way, is very comfortable and stocked with coffee and snacks. Gary Scott was great to work with (no pressure and very patient). I came into the dealership an hour before closing on the 10/30/13 on a whim hoping to find a used vehichle for my daughter. We saw a car perfect for her but I was pressed for time to test drive it. Gary Scott was off the next day but came in on his day off to assist me. He worked with me for 3 hours until I finally purchased a used 2009 Hyndai Accent. The deal breaker for me was there was slight crack in the windshield that no one noticed at first including myself. His sales manager Carl Mitchell quickly agreed to have the dealership cover the cracked windshield. On top of that, while we were still notigotiating the deal, the internet price dropped right in front of us both. Again, Sales Manager Carl Mitchell agreed to accept the lower price. So not only did I get the price that I wanted to walk out the door with, I was also able to get the windsheild fixed at no extra expense of my own. The company they referred to fix the windshield came right out to my daughters school and repaired it while she was in class. The car looks great and drives great. My overall experience was simply that, GREAT!!! Thank you Gary and Carl for taking the stress of buying a used car off of me. More

Tomm Burkart is an excellent Service Advisor. He is knowledgable and with respect explains the more technical issues at my level. I always have a very pleasant experience taking my 2011 Sonata Hybrid to Crown Hyundai for scheduled service. My Service Advisor is Tomm Burkart. Tomm is very friendly when I stop in. I came in for a tire pressure light. I was greeted by Jarett who was very welcoming. Tomm Burkart quickly let me know there was a nail in my tire.
