Wayne Rudge, another salesman, greeted us and spent quite a bit of time on the test drive and explaining the various features. Shortly after purchasing my new elantra from crown I ran into an issue. I thought it was a simple nail in my tire but it turned out that something had gone through my tire and damaged my rim. Luckily I had road hazard recently added to the car and that took care of the repair which would have been pretty expensive otherwise. Tomm really went the extra mile in getting me taken care of! It took a lot of leg work to get everything together and authorized but he kept me updated every step of the way until I was back on the road.
