The only service that has been required on my 2013 Elantra has been recall oriented and Cliff has gone above and beyond friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. I only have 4500 miles on my car so haven't required service except for a sticking driver door and that, along with recalls I have been notified about, was done quickly and positively. Dealing with Hyundai is a pleasure from the phone operator, to the ability to arrange service appointments online.
