Unfortunately, after purchasing my new Genesis GV80 I have found the service to be horrible. They no longer honor the Genesis 3 year Valet Service as well as no longer honor the Genesis 3 yr loaner car w have found the service to be horrible. They no longer honor the Genesis 3 year Valet Service as well as no longer honor the Genesis 3 yr loaner car when servicing my car! I was told they would provide a weekly quick hand wash when my car needed like Audi provides (part of our negotiating). No longer honoring this either! DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE! They offer 100k car and promise excellent service but fail! More

GARY THE CROWN SERVICE MGR. dissuaded me from bringing my Crown Hyundai factory-certified Tucson there after two other automotive shops said the EV/12 volt battery was set up in dissuaded me from bringing my Crown Hyundai factory-certified Tucson there after two other automotive shops said the EV/12 volt battery was set up in a way that they could not figure out. GARY THE SERVICE MGR. told me the battery was not covered by warranty but the Crown sales mgr. (and my Crown Hyundai factory certified warranty) said it was. When I dropped the car off, a random woman (not a service rep.) was enlisted to take my keys and call me an Uber. She mentioned they have only ONE EV mechanic so it would take "days" to replace my battery! When I called at 1 pm the day after dropping my car off, they had no record of my car in the computer system, didn't know where it was or who had the key. The person who is supposed to be the SERVICE MANAGER, GARY, called me back to say they would take care of my car "as soon as they could." This is an example of why I didn't want to take my car to the dealership in the first place. It took a WEEK to get the battery changed and tires rotated. Car returned dirty. No one reviewed charges or what was done to car. Calls for more info were unreturned. Worst "service" experience ever. I will be trading my car so I never have to deal with these people again. More

Anthony Nieves was right there to help, even after the sale. The service department was unable to patch the leak in my tire because of the position of the puncture being too close to the sidewall. It takes forever (more than 2 months) to get an appointment except for an oil change. They have had my car for over 5 days and still haven't diagnosed it. I left multiple voicemails. The staff is very nice but the service needs lots of improvement. I will be looking for an alternative service area. My next car will not be a Hyundai, regardless of price. More
