Whenever I take it in I recommend Crown Hyundai Service St. Petersburg, Florida. I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. My Service Advisor is Tomm Burkart. Whenever I take it in, Tomm checks for any updates that might be needed or any service due. The Service Professionals always provide great service AND even clean my car. Today was different. I noticed an oil leak and called Tomm and asked if I could bring it in. While the schedule was really full, he told me to come on in. I brought the car in around 11 a.m. and was thinking I might have to leave it over night since I didn't have an appointment. So, I went and ate some lunch nearby at Dennys (great BTW ask for Sarah - she is wonderful). When I came back to check if I should get a shuttle home, Tomm said the service guys jumped on it and it was ready. Chris Sanborn is more than a 5 star service manager but there are only 5 stars in your rating system. He is the consummate professional. He always makes you feel like you are the most important customer. He is able to answer all of your questions, keeps you apprised of the status of things and goes above and beyond to get you in and out in a timely manner. While I was there, I also ran into Mario Pozzi. He is another great person to work with, He had a wheel cleaner/wheel revitalizer kit and graciously offered it to me knowing that I like to keep my car looking good! I cannot say enough about the staff at Crown Hyundai. From the sales staff to the service staff to the man at the top, GR Tarr, I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Crown Hyundai. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a great vehicle, great sale staff, great customer service and great auto service. More

The Equus service manager,Cliff Staufer, was a true professional. I felt most comfortable with his information and explanations. His team handled the appointment and completion in a timely manner. The 2 different valet team members, Tim and Jerry couldn't have been nicer. I am so relieved about moving into this area knowing any future Equus servicing will be handled in the same friendly and competent manner. Hats off to Cliff Staufer for his leadership. More

Always mentions any recalls or additional services i could use for my car but is never pushy about it. I dont feel like I am pressured to buy anything.
