Ryan Murray I started having car trouble and called the service department and spoke with Ryan and he walked me step by step to get my car towed in ,and this was I started having car trouble and called the service department and spoke with Ryan and he walked me step by step to get my car towed in ,and this was a few hours before closing, he promised to get it checked as soon as possible. I received a call about an hour later and Ryan told me my car was fixed and ready to go! When I got the service department Ryan told me what had happened and what they did to fix it AND that it was all covered under my warranty! !! I have recently become a widow and was really concerned about my car and the finances.......Ryan is an asset to your dealerships service department ,he has the patience and compassion to deal with customers like me!!! Initial problem with tire rotation cost resolved I recently had a less than positive service department experience (after previous good ones) with my agreeing to a tire rotation that I did not unders I recently had a less than positive service department experience (after previous good ones) with my agreeing to a tire rotation that I did not understand would be an extra charge which had not been explained to me. I was not happy when I saw it on the bill and noted that to the customer service rep who called me to ask me about my service experience. Even though it was not the dealership's fault in that I did not question the cost before agreeing to the tire rotation that I thought was no charge with my oil change, I was unhappy that it was not explained to me since I told them that I really did not think I needed a tire rotation now anyway. That same day, Mr. Sanborn, the service manager, called me and offered a very fair resolution regarding future service that was a nice gesture. I will definitely return to this service department. More
