Each time they did not hesitate to get me a rental until mine was fixed. Each time no questions asked, they continued to try to find the problem and eventually did. Ryan Murray service was awesome and also had my car washed. Ryan Murray provided excellent service and made sure that I didn't wait long. He got my car back to me washed and vacuumed. He advised me of an additional recent recall notice for my vehicle. I was back on the road within two hours with everything done. I have found the service excellent at Crown Hyundai since they opened their dedicated service facility and I appreciate the personalized service Clifford provides. I have owned Genesises since my 2009 and I am absolutely delighted with the car as well as the dealership. More

I was actually there to get my car serviced but had been contemplating a newer one. Ryan Murray in service was also great, made sure to check on me multiple times. Prior to us even meeting, I observed him greeting a previous client and chatting with him genuinely for a few minutes. He took the pain and anxiety that can be associated with the process and made it painless! And it was quick also, despite a printer issue I was really fine in a few hours which was nice. So AAA+++ 11/10 rating for Imad! I will ask for him at my next purchase. Thanks so much! More
