elantra gt Cliff was able to process my paperwork even though I was 45 minutes early. He explained that due to the heavy rains there were 3 cars ahead of me. My car was read in approximately 1 hr and I saw they used seat protectors. Everything was taken care of and he was even able to find a money off coupon as well as a dealership license plate proctor for me . More

Consistantly Great Service I have owned 3 Hyundai vehicles (2 Santa Fe's and currently a Veracruz). I continue to buy Hyundai because I have found the vehicles that I have owne I have owned 3 Hyundai vehicles (2 Santa Fe's and currently a Veracruz). I continue to buy Hyundai because I have found the vehicles that I have owned very reliable and fun to drive. One of the main reasons I continue to buy from Crown is because of their great and friendly service department. I have had the pleasure to deal with my service adviser - Cliff Stoufer for many years. His professionalism and honesty is very much appreciated. When unavailable, other members of the Service Team have been just as friendly and professional. Cliff is always available to answer questions when I have a vehicle in for service, and consistently updates me on the status of my vehicle when it is being serviced. More

Set up an online appointment, which was easy. Came in before appointed time and saw Tomm to describe what I needed looked at, then settled back to have a coffee and read until the car was ready. Tomm came back a couple of times to update me, and as I needed a new tire,which had to be ordered we agreed to have me come back this morning , rather than wait for the tire to come from the supplier. Came back this morning, was seen and out before you knew it. Always great service from Tomm and Crown,which is why, in spite of having a 2012 Genesis from my Canadian dealer, ALL of my service is done at Crown. Thanks More

Tom responded to a phone call and email almost immediately. I had an issue that needed to be corrected that day and Tom not only got me into service within two hours but also had a couple of othe immediately. He certainly epitomizes the expression of going above and beyond the norms and creates the type of professionalism that brings great credit to Crown Hyundai and one of the reasons I have all of my service done there.
