I have been taking my Hyundai into Crown for almost 2 years and have always been very satisfied. Brian Casey is always assigned to help me and it is very nice to have a working relationship with someone years and have always been very satisfied. I never get any surprises with him or Hyundai (except good ones occasionally). It's just a real nice place to kick back while your car gets serviced. Went in to get steering column repaired under warranty and they also fixed a couple other items in my vehicle without me even asking! Car was also washed and vacuumed free of charge. When we bring our two Hyundai's, a Sonata and an Elantra, in for service, Cliff always manages to let us set up appointments so that we can get oil changes and work done on both cars on the same day Elantra, in for service, Cliff always manages to let us set up appointments so that we can get oil changes and work done on both cars on the same day. We even manage to have lunch in between! When my husband got a new phone, Cliff took extra time to get the phone synced with the Navigation system...something we had not be able to do on our own. This is the kind of service we are so pleased with when we come to him at our local Hyundai dealership. We know others give good service but we feel as though Cliff is more than a service man.
