My reason for my visit on 12/04/2021 was because my car started to act up, as it did not want to start. I decided to take the car back to the service department and was greeted by one of the service reps started to act up, as it did not want to start. One of the reps took it to the shop and that was the problem; the trunk battery needed to be replaced. Tom brought me into the office and started checking to see if the battery was in stock and LUCKY me it was. He said it was the last one. I was very Pleased with his service and quick response.
