John Heil was extremely helpful during my emergency service. I called up on a Monday morning and he got me right in. We didn't know what the issue was but he made sure I was accomodated. He contacted Enterprise to get me a vehicle and followed up until I went there to pick up the vehicle. He was extremely helpful with following up on the shipping of my part that was ordered and he kept his word. Thank you so much for keeping me satisfied. Love the entire service team at Crown Hyundai!!! More

Ryan Murray always goes above and beyond as a service representative. He listens very attentionally to what is going on with the car and ask accordingly.
