Apparently the Service Dept. is understaffed, among other problems. A scheduIed appointment for an oil change took over 2 hours. The waiting room was full of other people in the same boat; everyone was unh problems. A scheduIed appointment for an oil change took over 2 hours. I see no reason to buy my next new car at Crown. More
