Immediate Attention My tire light went on and upon inspection, I saw what looked like a nail in my front right tire. Fortunately for me, the tire did not go flat and I w My tire light went on and upon inspection, I saw what looked like a nail in my front right tire. Fortunately for me, the tire did not go flat and I was still able to drive the car. I called customer service as was told I did not need an appointment and to come in as soon as I can. I drove over to the dealer and Brian Casey was assigned to me. He looked over the tire and within 5 minutes my car was in the repair shop. The tire was patched from the inside and did not need replacing. Brian explained the options to me. He did not try to sell me a new tire. Instead, he explained if the tire could be fixed, it would be repaired and that cost me much less. I appreciate Brian's honesty. Within 1 hour and without an appointment, Brian and the shop guys took great care of me and fixed the problem at the lowest cost to me. Thanks Brian for helping me out. Chris spent a lot of time trying to figure out where the noise was coming from. He has great communication skills and went above and beyond what I expected in taking my car in for service. I had taken my car into a different Hyundai store where the car was purchased and never met more rude service people in my life. So I decided to come to Crown and the experience was 5 star.
