" Speedy Service with a Smile" I have been bringing my Sonata to Crown Hyundai for many years and my service advisor Tomm Burkart has always provided me with quick and efficient ser I have been bringing my Sonata to Crown Hyundai for many years and my service advisor Tomm Burkart has always provided me with quick and efficient service. I recently had my vehicle in for some routine maintenance and the replacement of a part that had to be ordered and as usual Tomm had me in and out in a little over an hour. He is always patient and takes time to answer all my questions. Being a manager in a service oriented job myself, I always appreciate the excellent service I receive from Tomm as well as everyone else at Crown. You are appreciated! More

He knows his business and gets vehicles in and out promptly and ensures they are fully serviced and ready to go (no return visits to correct a problem required). Today, he and service technician Steve Young quickly assessed a nagging electrical problem (inoperative brake light), identified the problem (incorrect bulb), replaced the bulb, and sent me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Very much appreciated. We'll be back! More

August Lascola is an amazing advisor! I definitely recommend August as an advisor.
