Great JUST PLAIN COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY I walked in at 10:30 for what I thought was an 11:00 service appointment and was told t JUST PLAIN COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY I walked in at 10:30 for what I thought was an 11:00 service appointment and was told they had me down for 10:00. I asked Ryan if they could still take me. After talking to him and explaining to him what was going on with my car we both agreed that what I was coming in for was going to cost me a lot more than what I was prepared to pay for that day. I asked since I was already there could he please go ahead and see if they could do an oil change? He said sure, no problem! He did his thing, I went and sat down, watch TV, coffee, etc.........little while later, I get bored, go outside, look at vehicles, etc..come back inside, sit, watch more TV....... About 1.5-maybe 1.45 hours go by, I can't remember because I was so bored out of my mind, Ryan comes to inform that there is a nail in my tire... can we fix it? I say sure...no problem thinking this shouldn't be more than another 20 minutes max......Boy was I wrong!!! Another 1.5 later I was standing in front of Ryan wanting to know where my car was....... OK. So here's a visual....Mr. Murray standing between both desks.....He has a phone in his left ear, another phone in his right ear as he's dialing the service department. Whomever answered the phone got an earful of Mr. 'Angry' Murray because by the time I went to see where my car was, I was hangry, I wanted to buy a new car that I couldn't afford and I had already been there for 3.5 hours for an oil change and nail in my tire!! And from where I was standing, I could see it was still up on the tracks not going anywhere any time soon!! Needless to say, Mr. Ryan Murray did what needed to be done and got my car to me fairly quickly after that because I was ready to have some words myself with everyone working one my car!! He was able to arrange for me to have a complementary oil change and tire fix. That was greatly appreciated. I will continue to go to Crown Hyundai for all of my car services but not because of the complimentary oil change, but because they've taken great care of my car and everyone there is awesome! P.S. Word of advise for service dept....This is the second time this has happened to me. Service department should consider communicating a bit more about what's going with customers vehicles if there is a problem/other issue. The first time someone from the service dept. had left my keys on the desk of the service person who was helping me, and he had left for the day. I waited for over an hour after my car was done. Who knows how long I would have waited if I hadn't gone looking for my car.........COMMUNICATION More
Because of my past experience, I requested that my appointment be set with Ryan Murray. On this appointment, Ryan was personable, thorough and helpful. I asked about tire wear and he went the extra appointment be set with Ryan Murray. On this appointment, Ryan was personable, thorough and helpful. I asked about tire wear and he went the extra mile to have the technician take a close look at my tires as I near the 50000 mile mark on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I plan to ask for Ryan when I set my next service appointment at Crown Hyundai. More
Within 10 minutes of getting my car into the dealership for a steering problem, my advisor Jarrett Ziemak had gotten the problem diagnosed and a mechanic was working on it. He advised me that it was under for a steering problem, my advisor Jarrett Ziemak had gotten the problem diagnosed and a mechanic was working on it. He advised me that it was under warranty and since it would take 2 1/2 hours to fix arranged for a ride home. The steering is perfect now and my car was washed for me as well. Thank you, Jarrett! He was courteous, professional, and really listened to my problem. In addition to making sure my requested service was completed, Jarett went out of his way and worked "outside the box" to resolve a unique repair issue. I was VERY SATISFIED as to what he was able to accomplish, with substantial financial savings on my part(being retired and on a fixed income, every penny saved helps). In my view, Jarett Ziemak is a true asset to this dealership and deserves commendation. More

Out of towner I am from out of state and needed a headlight replaced before the trip home. Mr. Brian Casey took care of me even though I had no appointment. Exceptional service! I had a issue with the trunk latch on my 2017 Sonata. Drove it right into the service center and Thomm Burkart took care of me right away.
