Service Department is always fair and dependable I have been using Crown Hyundai to service my Hyundai since 2012. I have always received great service from my service advisor Brian Casey and if nee I have been using Crown Hyundai to service my Hyundai since 2012. I have always received great service from my service advisor Brian Casey and if needed Chris Sanborn the service manager is always responsive and helpful. I had an issue with my car recently not starting easily after putting gas in it. I thought it may be an expensive repair but as usual, Brian Casey does only the work required and at the most reasonable cost. It has always been like this. I would never go anywhere else. I have never been told I needed ANY service other than what is absolutely required. It never ceases to amaze me that I don't get a huge bill or told I need something more for my car. This is why I got a Hyundai with a good warranty and again, why I will always go to Crown Hyundai for Service and Maintenance. Rebecca H. More
