Excellent Customer Service I had my car serviced last week and my original Service Advisor was not in that day and Olivier Celestin immediately stepped in, took on my appointmen I had my car serviced last week and my original Service Advisor was not in that day and Olivier Celestin immediately stepped in, took on my appointment, reviewed my records and gave me excellent service plus he was very helpful in answering my questions. He did not seemed rushed at all even though he was not expecting my appointment. Olivier made my FIRST visit since purchasing my car very easy and enjoyable. Thank you for a job well done. More

Olivier and Jarret to the rescue! I really appreciated Jarrett and Olivier in the service center. They worked with the parts department to remedy my issue and saved me both time and mo I really appreciated Jarrett and Olivier in the service center. They worked with the parts department to remedy my issue and saved me both time and money. Jarret was quick to get me an appointment and Olivier was even faster at getting it done. I barely had a chance to get comfortable and finish the complimentary coffee in the waiting room and my car was done!! Thanks for the great service, Crown. More
