Alway a great experience I have been to many different dealer sevice centers but Crown Hyudai is my favorite . The most important thing for me is that I can totally trust my s I have been to many different dealer sevice centers but Crown Hyudai is my favorite . The most important thing for me is that I can totally trust my service advisor Brian Casey as he never tries to oversell and treats his clients like family members. I have never had a bad experience here .The waiting area is also super clean and nice, the coffee and snack bar is definitely a plus! More

Quick Efficient Service Brought my car in for an oil change and fully expected to leave it and take the shuttle back to work because they were busy. Jarrett got me in quickly Brought my car in for an oil change and fully expected to leave it and take the shuttle back to work because they were busy. Excellent Service-Olivier Celestin I had a wonderful experience at this location. I typically have my car serviced at a New Port Richey location (where I purchased my vehicle, also have I had a wonderful experience at this location. I typically have my car serviced at a New Port Richey location (where I purchased my vehicle, also have had great experiences there) but my trunk latch broke late Friday evening, and I had to go out of town early the next morning. I rushed to get to the dealership but made it there 15 mins before they closed. I was not very hopeful they would be able to fit me in so late, especially without an appointment, yet Olivier Celestin agreed to help me and my car was fixed very quickly. He and the other indicuuals who worked on my car were friendly and professional, despite me keeping them there late on a Friday night. I was very impressed and grateful for their willingness to help, and will most likely go to this location in the future if needed! More
