Happy Customer I appreciate the time they took in finding the issue when neither of us were sure exactly what was causing it. They were able to pinpoint it, fix it a I appreciate the time they took in finding the issue when neither of us were sure exactly what was causing it. They were able to pinpoint it, fix it and have me out the door in 2 hours. The dealership has a nice waiting area for their customers and when you have to spend time waiting on your car, it makes a big difference. Having the car washed and vacuumed is a definite bonus. I'm very happy with the service I've received. More

30,000 Mile Service Recently purchased a CPO 2015 Genesis and had to bring in for 30,000 mile service.and other minor warranty work. Ryan Murray was my Service Advisor an Recently purchased a CPO 2015 Genesis and had to bring in for 30,000 mile service.and other minor warranty work. Ryan Murray was my Service Advisor and performed an excellent job. All but one of my warranty issues were addressed and rectified. The single issue not cleared is an intermittent problem with the Blind Spot Indicator System not functioning. During the time it was with the dealer, it was working and therefore able to be diagnosed. I feel confident that Mr. Murray and the Crown Service Team will be able to solve the problem in the near future. More

I then ran into Mario pozzi as I took a walk through the car lot and all I can say is WOW..we chatted about cars and he showed me the new Velosters and explained everything about the car..he is so energetic and great people person. A/C STOPPED WORKING August Lascola is my Service Advisor. He went out of his way to find the most economical way to replace the compressor.
