Attention to detail customer service! I’ve requested information to lease Optima over the Internet and Crown Kia was the first dealer to response. Unlike other dealers who tried to have me I’ve requested information to lease Optima over the Internet and Crown Kia was the first dealer to response. Unlike other dealers who tried to have me come in to the dealer instead of providing information I’ve requested vis email or text, Kevin Sexton answered all my questions via text. When I arrived to Crown Kia, he met me at the door and together with Blake Rexford, worked with finance and sales manager to meet my budget. I was most impressed with their customer service oriented mind. Kevin Sexton introduced me to service department manager and show me the service area where I should come in for the maintenance in the future. Blake asked lots of questions to find out what I was looking for and provided suggestions that I wasn’t even thought of. This is my first Kia and Blake and Kevin may have earned a royal customer for Kia. Thank you Blake and Kevin for the great experience! More

I love them Best dealership I’ve ever been to. I had a terrible car that I was still having to pay off that was older than I was, they still took the trade in eve Best dealership I’ve ever been to. I had a terrible car that I was still having to pay off that was older than I was, they still took the trade in even after they knew I still owed on it. Not only that, they made sure I got a monthly payment that I could afford. Now I’m the proud owner of a 2019 Kia Soul. Just recently though, I received my first of TWO complimentary oil changes and tire rotation and they even washed my car for me. Please give them a try! They’re amazing. More
