stress-free service The service is Great. I had to fit a service in but it was a work day. They dropped me off at work with my supplies and picked me up. So no problem. I The service is Great. If I do need to stay it's fast service and comfortable with free coffee and breakfast bars and tv. So i don't dread being there. The staff are all polite. And I bought both cars there. More

Top Service Advisor for Single Moms John is awesome. He explained every mechanical procedure, answered all my questions - is extremely patient. I brought my Soul in with 2 recalls, nee John is awesome. He explained every mechanical procedure, answered all my questions - is extremely patient. I brought my Soul in with 2 recalls, needing a brake job, something funky going on with the ignition, and a "crunch" sound at my wheels. I never had a service advisor be so detailed - John was thorough in checking off every concern on my list. Their shuttle driver, Dominique, is a SAFE, wonderful driver - he is an absolute sweetheart, too. John never tried to sell me anything. He kept me updated the whole time on their progress. I felt safe and taken care of. Everything got fixed in my Kia Soul! What a relief being under no pressure. This is a rarity among the hustle smooth-talkers in the mechanical world. Never disappoints! I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul last September from Crown Kia in St Petersburg, FL. It was one of the smoothest and quick car purchase of my entire car I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul last September from Crown Kia in St Petersburg, FL. It was one of the smoothest and quick car purchase of my entire car buying life. Today I went for an oil change, tire rotation etc. Michael Stephenson was our service person. He informed us there was a computer update to be done as well as topping off fluids. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Michael was more than courteous and knowlegdable. They have a great area for waiting with vending machines, lots of chairs and tables, even a kids area. They also have some free snacks, coffee, and water. Thanks Crown Kia! More

PI1802 ECU UPGRADE I got a letter in the mail from Kia about a ECU LOGIC IMPROVEMENT upgrade at no charge. So I decided to get my oil changed also to a full synthetic lu I got a letter in the mail from Kia about a ECU LOGIC IMPROVEMENT upgrade at no charge. So I decided to get my oil changed also to a full synthetic lube, oil & filter. The Service Advisor Michael Stephenson said that my Engine Air Filter should be replaced and also my In-Cabin Air Filter should replaced also. He showed pictures of them. I said to him to go ahead and replace them also. It took them about 2 hours and fifteens minutes to do all that work and send me on me way home. On the home my 2017 KIA SPORTAGE runs great with that new oil and the filters in it. Oh and they washed my Kia also . That was very nice of them to do that. Thanks to you all who worked on it!!! More

I’ve been to this dealership for service twice and both times the staff were very helpful and made sure I was aware of the best deals to take advantag I’ve been to this dealership for service twice and both times the staff were very helpful and made sure I was aware of the best deals to take advantage of. They never suggested anything unnecessary, no hard sell for service specials. Then they delivered the care sooner than they said! They washed the car, as all dealerships do, but it was spotless and they even vacuumed the inside! I will definitely continue to do my maintenance at this service department. More
