FROM OkCarz to KIAsuperiority lol he lol at me I was walking across the street from another lot frustrated and disgusted with our situation, trying to find a vehicle for my wife. I walked onto your I was walking across the street from another lot frustrated and disgusted with our situation, trying to find a vehicle for my wife. I walked onto your lot looking for help and there was a young man standing off to the side, I asked him if I could ask him a question. I then explained my situations of disgust with our previous encounters(multiple), across the street, asked if there was any way your dealership could help us. The young man whom name I can't recall, politely told me to wait while he found someone better knowledge to speak with me, he had only recently just started. He came back and asked me in to speak with someone else {At which time I assumed I would be getting the polite exit the premises speech} lol. Then strange as it may seem the young man I noticed walking up behind me was Lance Dokes coming from across the street taking care of one of his other customers. well I went in and communicated to him what I told the young man outside, to find out the young man relayed my information exactly like I told him. Lance asked a few more questions and to be honest with you his confidence that our situation was not as bleak as I experienced with other lots/dealerships scared me. LOL To tell you that I really thought he was toying with me about helping us out left me with doubt and uncertainty that he saw an opportunity waste our time only to be turned down again. My first thought was walk only that Lance's CONFIDENCE made me feel so comfortable as we spoke further, that I called my wife across the street and told her not to sign anything. She later told me that the sales implied he would save the contract for us when we came back. Any Who Lance and finance Manager gave us the paper work to fill out long story my wife drove off the lot with a BRAND NEW 2019 KIA Soul. Thank you Kia and Crown for your staff of individuals you have truly gave me the opportunity to BOAST LOUD AND CLEARLY, you are the best DEALERSHIP OF STAFF AND SERVICE BY FAR.
