The main and only reason I turned my Optima I early is because the KIA TELLURIDE was released ?? I’m totally in love with my new 2020 KIA TELLURIDE ??It’s amazing and awesome and everything I was looking for and then some ?? The Dealership is amazing and the Customer Service is the best in our city?? The Service Department is extremely accommodating?? I’ve only had oil changes and 1 software update! They are great?? The Sales Department is Top Notch and that’s what I LOVE most?? I’ve purchased several vehicles in St. Petersburg prior to coming to Crown KIA??I’ve lived in St. Petersburg for 40+ years so that’s many vehicles! My 1st Salesman was Justin Erickson ?? He sold me my first 2 vehicles ?? He was kind and listened to me and what I was looking for?? He is so great he’s been promoted to Sales Manager ?? My second salesman is Tony Singleton?? He was recommended by Justin Erickson. I came to the dealership on Saturday looking to test drive the new TELLURIDE ?? They had 3 on the lot. I drove a Sangria color and fell in love with the way it drove and handled?? The vehicle handled like I had hoped?? In fact it drove even better than that! Tony explained all of the features both during the test drive and when we came back to the lot?? I really really wanted a White TELLURIDE?? And they had the LX Model. I was in luck because they had exactly 1 in stock?? It had exactly 18 miles on it?? AND IT WAS MINE???????? I was so happy and excited and the rest is history as they say?? Their vehicles are stylish, have all the tech features you could ask for, not to mention their price tags beat most other brands, and they have an amazing warranty. As soon as I saw the Super Bowl commercial for the Telluride, I knew it was what I had been looking for...a larger size SUV that has a similar look to the Range Rover, with a reasonable price tag. I signed up for the Founder's Club and received a personalized offer good through April. My husband and I dropped by Crown this past Saturday to check out the Telluride in person. I didnt even think about availability, but due to the fact it was just rolled out, there were only 3 at the dealership. One was already spoken for and in process of being purchased, the second was not the model I wanted and the 3rd was not my color. Jeff, our sales guy had us do a test drive and I fell in love. Jeff offered to contact other local dealers to negotiate a trade to get the color I wanted. We made a deposit and left with the expectation that we should have the right color in the next few days. Monday Jeff called to let me know he secured my requested color and would be ready for me to come by to complete my purchase. Tuesday after work, we came in and finalized the deal. Jeff Perego was knowledgeable, answered all our questions and made sure I got what I wanted! Thanks Jeff!
