Mitsubishi Outlander recall My car had 3 recalls that needed to be fixed, Matt Maynard in the service department needed the car all day and because of 3 recalls he arranged a ren My car had 3 recalls that needed to be fixed, Matt Maynard in the service department needed the car all day and because of 3 recalls he arranged a rental car for me. When Matt called me in the afternoon he advised that they had to order a part and rather than have me drive back and forth he had gotten authorization to extend the rental. My car was in the shop for 3 days but thanks to Matt arranging for a complimentary rental, my inconvenience was minimal. Thank you Matt. More

Recall service I contacted Sherry Vieira to find out when I could bring my Kia Soul in for a recall notice I had gotten. She told me to drop it off first thing in th I contacted Sherry Vieira to find out when I could bring my Kia Soul in for a recall notice I had gotten. She told me to drop it off first thing in the morning so they could have it for the day. I dropped it of around 8:30 in the morning and Sherry had one of the porters take me to work. Sherry called me around 2:30 and said it was done. I asked if it was possible for them to deliver the car to me, she said let me see what I can do. I thin the hour she had my car delivered to me.
