Great service I was greeted by the Service Writer , Michael Stephenson. Michael informed me of an available Free factory Oil Change Michael asked if I would tak I was greeted by the Service Writer , Michael Stephenson. Michael informed me of an available Free factory Oil Change Michael asked if I would take the Shuttle home or wait. Michael escorted me to the Customer waiting area and offered me coffee. Other dealers try to really pressure you into the sale but Devin and the folks at Crown Kia made it feel alot smoother and less pressure.
