He ensured that the problem was expeditiously evaluated. He phoned me to advise me that it required parts and the length of time that it would take for the repairs to be completed. He arranged for a rental vehicle for my use. He notified me promptly upon the completion of the repair and had my vehicle ready for me to pick up when I arrived at the dealership. Mr. Stephenson has been my service adviser for routine servicing and for problems that have occurred and each he was exceptional. He is pleasant, concerned, professional and is a credit to Kia. More

Just Do It! I was only there to look...Devin was great. He greeted me instantly and let me do the talking. No pressure just answers.
