Journey to a Dream Ride I pulled into the Kia Mitsubishi dealership by mistake on Sunday, Sept 23rd, I wanted to look at KIA Optimas next door. Realized my mistake immediat I pulled into the Kia Mitsubishi dealership by mistake on Sunday, Sept 23rd, I wanted to look at KIA Optimas next door. Realized my mistake immediately but was greeted by Craig Osorio, a Sales Assoc, I was actually getting in my car to leave. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He pointed out a beautiful 2016 Optima parked in front of store. He guided me through the features very casually and I appreciated there was no pressure. He reached out to me and his Finance Manager, Todd Johnson, that week so we could come to terms. Todd welcomed me next door to the Kia dealership. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the entire experience. Craig coordinated a time to drive the car and I loved it!! This car buying experience was seamless.
