From Mike who answered all my questions and gave me a great deal on my repairs. I dropped my vehicle off and the courtesy van ( I do not know the drivers name but he is always friendly ) took me home. 2 hours later they picked me back up and I was home by 11 am. Awesome customer service every time. More

I did and they treated me very well! Deb was a great liaison between me and the other location where the used vehicle I was considering was getting a small repair done before it went on the lot for sale. Deb communicated well with everyone involved and kept everything moving to meet my timeline. She was a great advocate and I would buy a car from her any day! More

disappointed in kia but not the dealership i want to start off by saying that crown kia is truly amazing especially Michael Stephenson my service adviser he is always super helpful and gets thi i want to start off by saying that crown kia is truly amazing especially Michael Stephenson my service adviser he is always super helpful and gets things done i have a problem with kia directly and the way that they do certain things all of which would be a letter of words on here which i am not about to do i shouldnt have to get consumer affairs involved at all due to kia not giving any info on update of when part was to arrive i shouldnt have to wait three months for my car due to kia saying my part was on national back order and on recall which finding out none of that was true again i love crown kia and the team there kia in general i am not happy about More

Great Dealership! I’m usually not one to leave any feed back on businesses and I really didn’t expect to for this one either....but, I was given great customer service I’m usually not one to leave any feed back on businesses and I really didn’t expect to for this one either....but, I was given great customer service here! It was a dreaded appointment that I felt would be typical of all the others I’ve experienced. However I was proven wrong. James was very welcoming, warm and respectful. He treated me with dignity and was very informative. Although I didn’t leave with a car, I did leave with knowledge and a plan. After several days passed he text me to check how everything was going! Daniel - Great sales rep I was looking to trade my Corvette in on a new or preferably slightly used KIA and dealt with a real likeable and helpful Daniel Mitchell. We test dr I was looking to trade my Corvette in on a new or preferably slightly used KIA and dealt with a real likeable and helpful Daniel Mitchell. We test drove three different models and looked at two more. He was helpful, patient and easy to work with both in person and via email/text. And importantly not ‘pushy’ and accepting of my individual circumstances. Although I ultimately and accidentally fell on a used deal I couldn’t pass on at another dealership I do intend to upgrade this vehicle when I am able to and will seek him out when that time comes.
