James took the time to understand our situation and worked very hard to get us into a vehicle that met our needs and worked with us on the finances and we left with a brand new Sorento. Great car buying experience! Daniel Mitchell and the team at Crown Kia are truly an awesome team! From the very first email I received after an online inquiry I was drawn to come Daniel Mitchell and the team at Crown Kia are truly an awesome team! From the very first email I received after an online inquiry I was drawn to come into the store for a visit. Daniel’s initial email and contact along with Justin Erickson was great. Daniel was very helpful and friendly and made the whole experience easy and hassle free. The customer service my husband and I received was top knotch and I really appreciate it. I can be a very hard person to please and I am very picky when it comes to customer service so I would say they are almost close to exceptional! The only hiccup we had was having to come back to get into another vehicle after the first vehicle was not up to par. The first vehicle was from another Crown dealership and it was not looked over very well before our purchase. We were not pleased when we got home but the very next day I was able to let Daniel know and they had no problems allowing us to bring the car back and exchange for something way nicer! I really appreciate the time spent with us and the attention to detail with helping me pick another car. Daniel drove to other Crown dealers and made sure to have the cars there for me before I arrived right after work. I pretty much knew what I wanted so he helped greatly with the follow through. George the manager was also a great help as well and made me feel comfortable with being able to bring the first car back. I am so thankful for Daniel and the team for getting me out of my old car, taking it off my hands, and getting me into something more reliable and clean!! I can now sleep better at night knowing I have a reliable means of transportation to be able to get around in. Thanks Daniel you’re awesome! More

No trying to push me at another car because it was more expensive. He showed me exactly what I wanted, I took it for a test drive and loved it immediately.
