I was rear ended a few weeks prior and my car was totaled not to say how stressful its been with insurance and dealer and all the running around just to get all the papers you need. I didn't have much cash to work with since I was under emergency times and I reached out to Chris Jensen to see what he could do for me. I had been to other dealers and was getting a bunch of issues or asked for a ridiculous amount of down that many people in my position simply would not have. He and the guys worked for days trying to get a deal approved for me that could fit within my budget and at the end of it I was able to get into a brand new 2018 KIA Forte. I have never seen a group work so hard for a customer and be so understanding of what their needs are. I had to keep the rental days after insurance had stopped paying for it and had it not been for Chris and the team I eventually would have lost my job and everything I have worked so hard to build. This is my go to dealership from now on out and recommend to anyone. They are very honest and upfront with you and that alone makes the process so much easier because you will know from the beginning what the options are! More

Dispute on service I took my 2014 Kia Sorento for service on May 29th for oil change, etc. John came for me when it was finished and told me there were recommendations I took my 2014 Kia Sorento for service on May 29th for oil change, etc. John came for me when it was finished and told me there were recommendations for additional work: replace air filter and rear alignment. Each item cost about $40 on top of the charge for oil change. When I looked at the work summary the next day, I found that a full alignment was done (rear and front) and the cost was $99. When I talked to him about it, he said he told me it would be full alignment and the cost was $99. 1) I would not have agreed to an additional $100 charge and 2) I don't know anything about alignment so I couldn't have come up with the description "rear alignment" for a cost of ~ $40. We have a difference in what was said and now my trust has eroded. I don't think I will go back. More
