After explaining the service to be completed and what I could expect he showed me to the waiting lounge where there were free snacks and drinks. My Soul was sparkling clean and ready for me in the time that Julian had allotted. I will recommend my family and friends call Julian when they need auto service. More

Battery warranty I would like to thank John Heil and the service dept. for another great experience at Crown Kia. Walked(actually drove) in with a problem of my Soul I would like to thank John Heil and the service dept. for another great experience at Crown Kia. Walked(actually drove) in with a problem of my Soul not starting. They had my car in the shop in 30 minutes. Another 45 minutes and they determined it was the battery. Mind you, this was at lunchtime on a Monday and they already crazy busy. Unfortunately they had run out of batteries. (due to the hot weather) John promptly got me set up with a rental car(at Kia's expense) John called me as soon as the had the battery 2 days later. He made sure I had a ride wherever I needed to go. And to top it off, they gave the car a quick wash and vacuume. More
