Great Buying Experience. It was a real pleasure to work with Andrew Turner at Crown Kia in St. Petersburg this week, when we purchased our New Kia Soul Plus. He was outgoing a It was a real pleasure to work with Andrew Turner at Crown Kia in St. Petersburg this week, when we purchased our New Kia Soul Plus. He was outgoing and very knowledgeable on all the vehicle’s systems and he provided clear answers to our numerous questions. He cheerfully demonstrated those systems that were new to us and although it was pouring rain at the time, he made the test drive a piece of cake. The next day when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, the car was immaculate and ready to go. Once again he took extra time to explain the vehicle to us and to make sure all our questions were answered. When leaving, he encouraged us to contact him at any time if we needed to ask again or had new questions. I would certainly rate the customer service, the entire buying process and the overall facilities as excellent and would recommend Andrew and Crown Kia to anyone wanting a pleasant car buying experience. Andrew Turner is an awesome salesman! Andrew answered all of our questions, no matter how small, and he also went out of his way to review small features about the Kia Rio that he thought Andrew answered all of our questions, no matter how small, and he also went out of his way to review small features about the Kia Rio that he thought that we might be interest in.
