He then advised me what would be best for my next car service. He then arranged for a shuttle to take me to shopping. He called me when it was all done. Then when shuttle returned me to service center. Mr. Stephenson again greeted me in a friendly and courteous manner. Explained everything that was done. And I was on my way. I have worked on vehicles my whole life but after purchasing a new ca Since the purchase of my 2014 Kia Soul, I have had Sherry as my service advisor. I have worked on vehicles my whole life but after purchasing a new car I decided to let Crown Kia have a chance at servicing it due to my overall awsome experience with my purchase through them. For a service advisor, Sherry is the perfect individual that falls between the business and the customer. Even though I'm not in there every week, or every month, she remembers even the smallest of details. She is upfront about what needs to be done to maintain your warranty, what needs to be done soon and what can wait. There is NO overwhelming or stressful experience when I drop my car off with Sherry. I know things need to be replaced on a vehicle and considering at 50K miles on my Soul, this is the first time I ever spent more than $130 at the dealership. There's a solid reason why she has as many awards as she does! More
