Great Buying Experience Chris Jensen made my buying experience fun. We looked at a couple of cars. Tried to get financing for an older car, He was very patient and profess Chris Jensen made my buying experience fun. We looked at a couple of cars. Tried to get financing for an older car, He was very patient and professional in explaining that banks tend to not finance.cars older than 2010 and also that there would be no warranty coverage. So he was able to find a car that could be financed and have warranty coverage. I really appreciate the effort in finding a car that fit my needs and budget. Thanks also to Art Levigne for setting up financing for me. Need to mention Craig Osorio as well. On Chris's day off, Craig had my paperwork prepared and ready. He even stayed after hours to ensure I had access to the car when I left. Thanks Craig. More

Service Department - Fabulous! My recent appointment was my first time at Crown Kia for service. I dropped my car off using their night drop service - I was contacted by Julian Bit My recent appointment was my first time at Crown Kia for service. I dropped my car off using their night drop service - I was contacted by Julian Bitar to review the services I needed and then when the car was ready (which was the time I requested) - he was very personable & knowledgeable. My overall experience was great. I'll recommend to my friends that they request - Julian Bitar at Crown Kia - when they need service work done. More

He then advised me what would be best for my next car service. He then arranged for a shuttle to take me to shopping. He called me when it was all done. Then when shuttle returned me to service center. Mr. Stephenson again greeted me in a friendly and courteous manner. Explained everything that was done. And I was on my way.
