Love my Crown Kia Friends! I leased a 2015 KIA Optima in January 2016. During the time that I was dealing with Peter Petrovic regarding the details of the lease, he not only ma I leased a 2015 KIA Optima in January 2016. During the time that I was dealing with Peter Petrovic regarding the details of the lease, he not only made sure that I understand everything that I was signing but he also informed me about the extra coverages that were available to me. Thinking that I would not need the other coverages because it was a 'new' car, Peter made sure that I was well informed. So, after conversing back and forth with Peter, I decided to take the Tire/Rim and Ding coverage. Well thank goodness that I did! On 2/26/16 I was driving to work and while I was driving to work, I noticed the 'low tire pressure' light was on. Thinking it was because I had gone on a road trip that maybe that was the cause. But while I was sitting at a light waiting to turn into my place of business, the truck next to me honked and told me that my tire was about to go flat! Once at work, I called and spoke to one of my awesomest KIA employees, Deb Deitrich who in turn put me in touch with John in the service department. Jon was awesome! He provided me with the KIA roadside assistance information! The car was then transported to their location and PRESTO! I had a new tire in no time FREE of charge!!! And it's all because Peter made sure that I had the right coverage from the get go! When I went to pick up my car, I was able to converse with Mr. Z, who happens to be the BEST car salesman around! He made sure that the car was being taken care of properly and that I was, once again, a VERY HAPPY CAMPER!! I can not say enough about my experiences with Crown KIA! Honesty is the best policy! I drove home in my Kia Sorrento today thanks to "Z"s ((Zoranco) hard work and honesty. I visited a few other dealerships but none made me feel as comf I drove home in my Kia Sorrento today thanks to "Z"s ((Zoranco) hard work and honesty. I visited a few other dealerships but none made me feel as comfortable as I did with "Z" at Crown Kia. He worked hard to get me exactly what I needed for my family and stuck as close to the budget as possible. He was completely honest every step of the way, showing me only what I could afford, not trying to push for a higher budget and taking the time to explain and answer questions. Through the entire process from the beginning with "Z", to Bob working his magic with the bank and finally signing the paperwork with Nate, I felt as if these people truly cared about me and my family. Thanks to everyone and I am sure I will be back. More

I have leased 5 vehicles with Crown over the past 13 years. The last two with Kia. The most recent experience was truly exceptional, so after all these years I wanted to write a top notch review for a top dealership. I switched from one of the top European brands but let me tell you something, I am happier with my Kia than I was with any. Back to the dealership, the entire process was quality from the start. My salesperson Christopher Lewis made the process easy on me. The sales manager and finance manager were excellent at service and effectiveness in leadership. The managers are excellent at providing great quality service, from the sales team to the finance managers, this dealership has luxury all over the level of service. The mechanics department are a team of highly competent and courteous staff members. I use this dealership for service on my Kia. Never had an issue with anyone period. If you want to feel like a VIP then there is only one Kia dealership and that is Crown. I bet you will not be disappointed. I haven't been, and 13+ years and 5 vehicles. They have made a believer out of me, the Kia brand is here to make a lasting impression. Drive a Kia and you'll see what I mean. More

I appreciated how hard he worked to help her get a price that she was comfortable with..Sam is so honest and straightforward, even push to take a deal to the sales manager he might not have wanted to take...And they did.... So I returned and Sam sold me one to.. I love my new 2016 KIA my first new car ever. I love all of the new features from the panoramic sunroof to the space inside, and the amenities not found standard in other more expensive autos.
