The most recent experience was truly exceptional, so after all these years I wanted to write a top notch review for a top dealership. I switched from one of the top European brands but let me tell you something, I am happier with my Kia than I was with any. Back to the dealership, the entire process was quality from the start. My salesperson Christopher Lewis made the process easy on me. The sales manager and finance manager were excellent at service and effectiveness in leadership. The managers are excellent at providing great quality service, from the sales team to the finance managers, this dealership has luxury all over the level of service. The mechanics department are a team of highly competent and courteous staff members. I use this dealership for service on my Kia. Never had an issue with anyone period. If you want to feel like a VIP then there is only one Kia dealership and that is Crown. I bet you will not be disappointed. I haven't been, and 13+ years and 5 vehicles. They have made a believer out of me, the Kia brand is here to make a lasting impression. Drive a Kia and you'll see what I mean. More
