The Worst Buying Experience I've Ever Had! BUYER BEWARE!!! This is the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Don't be fooled by the friendliness of any of the sales staff. They are there to drain you and deceive you to the limit. Unfortunately I fell for the deception. From Chris Jensen to Nathan Draus, the finance man, I was deceived and lied to. I went in to buy a new Mitsubishi Mirage because it was supposedly the least expensive new car I could buy. I wanted to buy new because I was tired of surprises. By the time I signed the papers the amount was over $19,400. That didn't seem like the cheapest new car to me but I foolishly trusted the staff. The reason the price was inflated was that I had signed up for $3,300 in add-ons including a 5 year maintenance agreement. The car is touted as having this wonderful warranty but don't miss the "limited" part. All of it is very shady. Anyway, I didn't want the $3,300 in add-ons so fortunately thy were able to be cancelled. The bad part is that the car payment was determined by the original sales amount. For the next year I will have to pay that amount as the lender will not refinance the loan for a year. Now I'm sure this will be followed by the dealership's comments making it my fault. All I can say is however they explain this away, DON"T buy a car from Crown Mitsubishi/Kia. More
