Wonderful I located a car online that I was interested in. The salesman Craig Osorio brought it out quickly. He was able to provide detailed information about the car and its history. The manager, Bob Shaw, asked us to wait on signing the papers so that he could check out the car (since it had just been traded in). The company did find a few items that needed to be repaired, They sold me the car but insisted on fixing the items at their expense. They even loaned me a car while the repairs were being made. I am very impressed by their honesty and integrity. More

Awful! At first I tried to deal with Jeff Prerego. but was passed off onto a another salesman. He looked like he didn't want to be there and smelled of ciga At first I tried to deal with Jeff Prerego. but was passed off onto a another salesman. He looked like he didn't want to be there and smelled of cigarettes. Needless to say, that was a strike #1. Strike #2 came when the car I was interested in, wouldn't even start and was up on their display lift! Strike #3 came when he attempted to sell me another car and the finance guy tried to talk me into putting money down (other than my trade). I was so upset that I called the Hawkins Brothers to make a complaint after I found out that Crown Mitsubishi shotgunned my credit 7 times! Plus, the salesman didn't even bother to get back to me until FIVE days later! I spoke with their GM and he told me that they only shopped my credit 6 times. This was a lie! Since the month that I have been in their dealership, I have pulled all three credit reports and have found that Crown Mitsubishi shopped out my credit EIGHT (8) times...not including the one that they pulled for themselves! I am NOT happy as these hard inquiries will not drop off of my credit for TWO years! Buyer beware! The dealership's practices are as dirty as their sales floor! The place is very small and it seems that this particular location is used as punishment for those salesmen that can't make it in Crown's top automobile lines. THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW! More
