This was my first big purchase. I truly appreciate the fact that Mr. Jensen was so knowledgeable of the Toyota I purchased and others that I looked at while at the dealership. He was very patient with me fact that Mr. Jensen was so knowledgeable of the Toyota I purchased and others that I looked at while at the dealership. He was very patient with me as this was all new to me and he did not have a problem explaining things to me that I didn't quite understand about my purchase. I wanted to get my mom's approval before signing the contract and Mr. Jensen was just as patient with her and answered all of the questions and concerns she had about my purchase as well. While waiting, he made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed (i.e., water, bathroom, snack bar). Mr. Jensen contacted me at my home to tell me that I was approved for the car and he did not continually harass me, (as I'm told that some car salesmen will do). He made sure that all paperwork needed by the dealership was supplied by me by contacting me early on and also by telling me in person. Everything Mr. Jensen did made my transaction so much easier to complete and it only took 2 hours--which was very impressive. I went in to see him at 5:30 p.m. and I left, driving my new car at 7:35 p.m. I was very pleased with the entire transaction and will gladly recommend Mr. Jensen and the Crown Kia family of car salesmen to my family and friends. He right away listened to me and helped me figure out my options, wether to buy or turn my lease in. Once I decided it was best for me to lease a new Sorento he quickly helped me with finding the right one. Steve and Nick than began helping my husband and I with the best deal. They continued to work hard for us until we got the payment that we wanted. Our closing went smoothly and I have to say it was a simple process. Steve Sommers then stayed with me after the purchase to make sure I was all set up with the new features of the car. He got all the UVO setup and made sure I understood how to use everything.
