Matt, Evan, and Sherry were awesome! They worked so hard with me in getting my car issues resolved! My car has to have compressor work for car to run, and they did a great job working with me to get repairs with me in getting my car issues resolved! My car has to have compressor work for car to run, and they did a great job working with me to get repairs paid, because I thought my warranty covered what ever it took to keep it running. These three were knowledgeable, and politely educated me and kept their cool even though I was in a panic. In the the end, it all worked out, and my car is running great. Please triple their salaries. They deserve it! More

Deborah Dietrich and Bob Shaw helped in the transaction of this pre-owned purchase. Deborah was very friendly but at times was too talkative however this is mostly personal preference. We were pre-approved prior to coming into the dealership which made things go a little quicker. Overall, it was a good experience and would come back when we would need to purchase another vehicle. The mail came, which was mostly junk, but included was a flyer for a big sale this coming weekend at Crown Kia in St Petersburg. I looked at my 9 year old Pontiac Vibe, which has long been paid off, but has some issues. I drove over to Crown. They gave me a very good deal on a brand new 2013 Kia Rio 5 door, a decent trade in amount for my 9 year old Vibe, and I'm the proud new owner of a new car. I'm writing all this out, because of the great experience I had at Crown. They treated me so very well. I don't usually recommend car dealerships, BUT, if you are in need of a new car and a Kia is something you'd like, I DO recommend Crown Kia in St Petersburg. More
