Kia Telluride Purchase 1. Mr. Lance Dokes was the sales consultant during the purchase of our 2020 Kia Telluride. He call and notified us that the vehicle arrived on 28 Ma 1. Mr. Lance Dokes was the sales consultant during the purchase of our 2020 Kia Telluride. He call and notified us that the vehicle arrived on 28 March 2020. We visited Crown Kia dealership on that day and Mr. Doke showed us the vehicle, then explain the financial process. He scheduled an appointment for us to come back on 30 March 202 and when we arrived all essential documents were ready for completion with our interactions and signatures. He was very professional, courteous, and willing to provide far beyond what we expected. We really understood the country, state, and local guidelines based on the coronavirus state of emergency. Mr. Dokes was well versed of the policies and this made us feel more comfortable during the financial process. He also provided us a very thorough orientation of the vehicle and optional features, even though it was 90F as he stood outside at that time. 2. This is not our first time doing business with Crown dealerships, but is the first time with Crown Kia. Thanks to Mr. Lance Dokes, this will not be our last time with Crown Kia. 3. Excellent, Michael was a pleasure to do business with I called because I had a tire pressure light on and was given Michael Stephenson as Kia representative too deal with. Michael was both very profession I called because I had a tire pressure light on and was given Michael Stephenson as Kia representative too deal with. Michael was both very professional and friendly on the phone. Got an appointment next day. Tire had a cut and need to be replace, and as I have to travel back to Ma I decided to get 2 tires> Michael explained that if I were going to put 2 tires on I should replace them all, as Kia had a sale,buy 3 and get the 4th free. Also , because the tires i use would not be in until the next AM , Michael got me a car to use. Michael is a great employee and Crown is lucky to have him. More
