Each and every encounter with Michae Michael Stephenson is the service consultant I ask for. He is polite, soft-spoken, helpful, and very competent. Each and every encounter with Michael has been excellent. On my last visit, he suggested several maintenance items that I elected not to do, but he exerted no pressure at all. He arranged for transportation to take me home until my car was completed -- free car wash included. I waited an extra 30 minutes for pickup at my home because the driver was at lunch, but I was at home and it didn't bother me at all. Overall, it was a very nice experience. More
