I was able to purchase something I never thought I could. Thank you Josh and Tonya. I initially was looking at the NX 250 because it was more affordable, but even that one was too much. . I dont have the best credit and I didnt have a whole lot to put a down payment. I walked out initially because I just couldn't give them what they were asking for. I got a phone call the next day from Josh and Tonya and she presented me a deal that I thought was too good to be true because it wasn't for the NX 250 we had ran my credit for. It was for the Lexus RX I had eyed for a bit when I got there! The monthly payment was a $50 difference from what I was paying at the time. I would be so dumb not to take the deal! They worked with my bad credit and my low down payment and placed me in the car I have always wanted. This is crazy!!! I'm actually driving a Lexus RX!!!! So far I am completely satisfied with everything. It runs so smoothly and it just feels perfect for me. I have never been 100% satisfied with any car I have purchased or leased but the RX so far feels like it was made for me. More

We are in the market for an update and an upgrade of our current Lexus, and felt that we were on the verge of finalizing a deal, we were only waiting on the salesperson to ask his management one more question. I had clearly stated that we could wrap this thing up right after, and that we would shift things in our schedule to come complete the process and be done. The salesperson said “I will contact you by noon tomorrow“. Noon came and went, nothing, we contacted the salesperson and he stated “I will be in at 9am. They were negotiating on with another customer in the store and I could not get a price. I will ask him in the morning at our meeting”, so we thought, fine, they’re busy, but we were starting to feel stalled, dismissed, being avoided. Today, we simply received a message stating “Sorry ______. The car sold last night I am checking for another”. Seeing the defeated look on my wife’s face, after I convinced her this location was great and this guy was on the up & up, I couldn’t have been more wrong! I called “Ed” and asked what happened? He double talked and said “oh I was waiting for _______ (wife) to check the rates with her bank”. WHAT!!! I CLEARLY said we were pre-approved and all we had to do was check in with them, to see what we needed to do to transfer the funding over. All this for nothing but some extremely bad feelings. I told “Ed” that we had foregone other possibilities & opportunities because we really liked him, I also told him that he was now on the extreme opposite side of things, to not call either of us and to lose our contact information. I’m too old for this S__t! and should have known better, this is one of the MAJOR reasons why people feel the way we do about the industry and car salesmen, thanks Crown Lexus of Ontario and Ed for keeping it going! More
