Despite the initial setbacks, their professionalism and willingness to listen reassured me that, should I encounter any future issues, they would address them with the same level of attention and care. ============================== ORIGINAL REVIEW POSTED ON 07/16/24 I purchased a brand new 2024 Lexus ES 300h F Sport Handling from this dealership on 7/13/24, left the parking lot around 7:00 PM. I'd like to reiterate that this was a BRAND NEW car. About 18 hours later, I started my car and was stuck in the parking lot. Couldn't shift gears, bunch of technical error messages showing up on my dash, and the most concerning of all was "Engine Coolant Temp High." Please note that I have driven this car for three hours at most, and not all in one sitting. I could have sworn I bought a Lexus, supposedly one of the most reliable cars out there. I have lost so much time today and money today because I also had to call out of work due to this inconvenience. I also had to take an Uber back home from the dealership, which costed me $65. I will need to take another Uber back to the dealership tomorrow for another anticipated $70 or so. I am extremely disappointed in this experience as this was my first car purchase and I had very high expectations for this car. I am now left feeling very insecure and uncomfortable with this $60,000+ purchase I've made. I promptly contacted Donnie at Crown Lexus and he said he would ensure that this vehicle would be replaced. I will update my review with the outcome of this experience. More

I had been searching for my particular Lexus all over. My salesman, Joe Reyes, had kept notes of exactly the car make, color, and specs that I wanted. As soon as it became available, he called me on the phone, and within 15 minutes, we negotiated a deal. It was a lot of money I was going to be wiring to their bank, and it was such a smooth transaction, so I just wanted to double verify on my own the details. I was a little skeptical at since I never worked with Joe, or this dealership. So I independently called back to make sure the people I was working with were actual salespeople. And then I called the finance department to have them confirm the bank information. Everything checked out! I paid the deposit with a credit card to hold it, wired the money the next day. Then I booked a flight, and drove the car home to Las Vegas the next day. The amount I saved compared to other dealerships was significant. But beyond the cost, it was the easiest and smoothest transaction that I’ve ever done. I will definitely be working with them on my next Lexus. I am a customer for life! More
