I went to Crown Lexus to try to sell my vehicle and Noemi took off features of my car that I clearly had. She took off the premium package and moonroof, which it has. She even admitted in email that she open took off features of my car that I clearly had. She took off the premium package and moonroof, which it has. She even admitted in email that she opened and closed the moonroof. Noemi also stated my car needs new tires when I recently replaced them. She was very unprofessional, rude and has no clue what she is doing. The service I received from her and transparency was horrific and a waste of time. I will never recommend anyone to sell their car to Crown Lexus as the service was terrible and the employee is not trained. I will never come back here again. You just lost a customer. I will be contacting a branch manager in regards to this. If I could rate a 0, I would. More
