They don't do markups but will try and pull a fast one on you by selling you other things like paint protection. Very courteous and helpful sales staff. I told them over the phone what I was looking for. I empathized I didn't have time for sales pitches and the price I was working for (I already had a I told them over the phone what I was looking for. The problem was the car was on order with no definite delivery date). So they had to beat the price I had already negotiated. Crown Lexus went to work immediately (which really I didn't expect) as the car was not in their inventory. To my surprise, they found what I wanted within a few days at our local port of delivery. The car was destined for another dealership, but Crown said they would try to get it if I gave them the 'Go Ahead'. Crown secured the vehicle and I had my new Lexus the next day. I couldn't have asked for better service. And on top of that, I received a substantial savings over the other the car I put a deposit. Crown is the best! More
