Never will our family do business with this dealership again. They are shady AF. We have yet to receive our car which we paid in full!! Our car is up for bid for transporting it and because Lexus IS so again. They are shady AF. We have yet to receive our car which we paid in full!! Eugene Guidote is the sole reason why I will never do business with this dealership again. He was condescending and does not know how to respectfully talk to a customer. The actual finance director and service person were much more respectful in communicating with me but Eugene ruined my experience with this dealership. More
