Very courteous and helpful sales staff. I told them over the phone what I was looking for. The problem was the car was on order with no definite delivery date). So they had to beat the price I had already negotiated. Crown Lexus went to work immediately (which really I didn't expect) as the car was not in their inventory. To my surprise, they found what I wanted within a few days at our local port of delivery. The car was destined for another dealership, but Crown said they would try to get it if I gave them the 'Go Ahead'. Crown secured the vehicle and I had my new Lexus the next day. I couldn't have asked for better service. And on top of that, I received a substantial savings over the other the car I put a deposit. Crown is the best! More

Never will our family do business with this dealership again. They are shady AF. We have yet to receive our car which we paid in full!! Our car is up for bid for transporting it and because Lexus IS so again. They are shady AF. We have yet to receive our car which we paid in full!! Eugene Guidote is the sole reason why I will never do business with this dealership again. He was condescending and does not know how to respectfully talk to a customer. He would start all conversations with fellow co workers by saying “be careful, this guy is extremely mad”, kept telling me I was trying to be an “exception” from every other customer instead of answering my questions, would only help IF I accepted their ridiculous buyout fee, and claimed to be the manager when he wasn’t. The actual finance director and service person were much more respectful in communicating with me but Eugene ruined my experience with this dealership. More
