Crown Lexus is running a scam on extended warranties. Question everyone needs to ask themselves. Who would agree to purchase a plan that is in effect months before your purchase of a car? Not anyone in their right mind! CERTAINLY NOT ME! We all know that when you are purchasing a car, they put documents in front of you to sign. This was a new plan, as explained to me by the financial person. The plan has an agreement date in Dec. The date of purchase. Let me also state - They had to take money off of the asking price because of false advertisement of the car amenities. This should have been my 1st warning! DON'T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY WILL NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR UNETHICAL SALEMANSHIP. More
