Crown Lexus is running a scam on extended warranties. I purchased a new 5-year 100,000 mile plan in Dec of 2018 Crown Lexus is now refusing to honor said plan, stating the plan starting months before I purchased a new 5-year 100,000 mile plan in Dec of 2018 Crown Lexus is now refusing to honor said plan, stating the plan starting months before I purchased the car. Question everyone needs to ask themselves. Who would agree to purchase a plan that is in effect months before your purchase of a car? Not anyone in their right mind! CERTAINLY NOT ME! We all know that when you are purchasing a car, they put documents in front of you to sign. This was a new plan, as explained to me by the financial person. The plan has an agreement date in Dec. The date of purchase. Let me also state - They had to take money off of the asking price because of false advertisement of the car amenities. This should have been my 1st warning! DON'T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY WILL NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR UNETHICAL SALEMANSHIP. More

Jeremy (HMFIC) and Eugene (salesman) made it easy to not only buy my RX 450h F sport, but I was never pressured or felt the need to buy it now. This is what customer service is all about! I understand everyone will have mix reviews l, but I purposely called out these four gentleman who single-handedly re-vented the service and sales program. More
